SHIPPING TIMES:
Our standard delivery times are the following:
Australia:
Metro deliveries: 5-10 business days
Regional deliveries: 7-14 business days
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING:
Due to Christmas and the current courier landscape, our delivery times will be closer to the longer timeframe during this peak period. Please see below order deadlines as guide for receiving orders in time for Christmas:
Australia:
City Metro deliveries: 12pm Mon 15th Dec
Please note these dates are a guide only and we will not be liable for items not delivered prior to Christmas, even if they are sent before these dates.
SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer free shipping AU wide on majority of online orders. On larger orders we sometimes need to charge shipping costs which are based on order size and delivery location.
AU flat-rate shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on product(s) and location.
Returns
If you discover a fault or problem with any purchase made through the Backyard Games NZ Ltd website please contact us immediately (within one week of receipt) at hello@backyardgames.co.nz and we will replace or exchange the product. Please indicate the reason for your return. Package the item securely and mail it in its original condition (i.e. original box and packaging).
