  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can eagerly be on countdown mode until you’re unboxing your fun.
    For made-to-order products such a designer boards, custom branding, or Backyard Chats towers - production times vary. You’ll find the estimated timeframe listed on the specific product pages.

  • We currently ship our games across Australia and New Zealand - but get in touch to see if we can deliver some fun further abroad.

  • We offer free shipping across Australia on most online orders. For larger bulk orders we sometimes need to charge additional shipping costs which are calculated based on your location and order size.

Custom Branding

  • If we’re creating the artwork we need a vector version of your logo (AI, EPS, or SVG) is ideal. You’re also welcome to share brand guidelines or design inspo if you’re going bespoke.

  • Typically 5–10 business days from final artwork approval, depending on the product. Need it sooner? Flick us a message — we’ll see what we can do.

  • In most cases, yes, our branding is subtly featured alongside yours. If you’d prefer a blank canvas, just let us know and we can talk through options.

  • We work with corporates, event organisers, and schools on larger orders regularly — and we always aim to find a fair price that reflects the scale of the order. Reach out and we'll talk through what works for you.

  • If you're dreaming up something bespoke or personalised that’s not shown on our site, we’d love to help bring it to life. Just get in touch — we’re all for creative play.

Games & Products

  • Our games are made with durable materials, designed with classic backyard play in mind. They’re perfect for outdoor fun—but we recommend keeping them stored in a dry spot when not in use to maintain their quality and keep them looking their best.

  • We offer a range of sizes, from compact to giant and super giant! Each product page has all the specs — if you’re unsure, just shout and we’ll help you pick the perfect fit.

  • Our products are made from a range of quality woods — including locally sourced, hard-wearing NZ marine-grade ply, pine, and Birch plywood. We work with local New Zealand based printers and engravers to bring your customisations to life with care and craftsmanship.

Other Stuff

  • The Backyard Games NZ Cornhole Set Giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 and over.

    By entering, you agree to join the Backyard Games NZ marketing database and receive occasional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.

    The prize: One (1) Natural Wood Cornhole Set. The prize is as described and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

    How to enter: Submit your email address via the entry form on backyardgames.co.nz. One entry per person.

    Draw date: The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email on or before 31 August 2026. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

    Shipping: The prize will be shipped to a New Zealand or Australian address provided by the winner. Standard delivery timeframes apply.
