SHIPPING TIMES:
We strive for consistently quick delivery and aim to send out orders on the day of purchase if placed before 2pm. Our standard delivery times are the following:

Australia:

• East Coast 1 -5 days
• WA, SA, TAS and NT is 3-7 days 

New Zealand North Island:
Metro deliveries: 1-3 days
Rural deliveries: 2-5 days

New Zealand South Island:
Metro deliveries: 2-4 days
Rural deliveries: 3-7 days

Chatham Island & Stewart Island: 
Please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and prices

PO BOXES: 
Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes and require a physical address to deliver your order. 

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: 
Due to Christmas and the current courier landscape, our delivery times will be closer to the longer timeframe during this peak period. 

SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer free shipping AU & NZ wide on most online orders. On larger volume orders we sometimes have to charge for shipping which is calculated based on your location and order size. We will be in touch if we need to discuss shipping costs for a large order. 

Returns

If you discover a fault or problem with any purchase made through the Backyard Games NZ Ltd website please contact us immediately (within one week of receipt) at hello@backyardgames.co.nz and we will replace or exchange the product. Please indicate the reason for your return. Package the item securely and mail it in its original condition (i.e. original box and packaging).
